You don't need to wait until you're at breaking point. Support can start with simply getting clearer on what's going on.
How a baby assessment may help
Babies are adapting fast. Birth, feeding, digestion, sleep, and sensory input can all play a part in how settled they feel. At Flourish, we take a gentle, evidence-informed approach. Our aim is to understand what you're noticing, assess your babys movement and comfort, and guide you on appropriate next steps.
Your appointment may include:
-
Time to talk through your babys birth history, feeding, sleep, and what you've noticed at home
-
A gentle assessment of your baby's movement, comfort, and tension patterns
-
Age-appropriate, gentle care (if appropriate), always guided by your baby's comfort and your consent
-
Practical guidance you can use at home (positioning, handling, and simple strategies)
-
Clear next steps, including when to seek additional support from other professionals if needed
Every baby is different. We can't promise specific results, but we'll always explain what we're seeing and offer clear, appropriate guidance.
