Frequently asked questions
Is this just for postpartum mums?
No! It’s for any mum who feels burnt out, overwhelmed, or like her body is carrying the mental load. Whether your baby is tiny or your kids are older, you’re welcome here. Research has shown it takes an average of 7 years postpartum for mums to get the care they need. But we see mums 20+ years postpartum to it is never to late.
Do I need to be “in pain” to come in?
Not necessarily. Many mums book because they feel tense and/or tension, exhausted, overstimulated, or “not themselves” even if they can’t pinpoint one specific issue.
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly.
Can I bring my baby or toddler?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your little one. We’re set up to be family-friendly.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
That’s completely okay. You can contact us with any questions before booking, we offer a complimentary discover call where we can talk through your personal case and we’ll help you choose the most appropriate next step.
